Writing

Longer pieces.

Eight of them, all published. Each one is the real method on a single problem, with the arithmetic shown — enough that you could do it yourself, which is rather the point.

All eight, with a line on each.

Questions about the writing

What are these pieces for?

They're the working method, written out, so an owner can check it before spending anything. Each one takes a single number or a single question — the effective labor rate, the ten leaks, what a lender actually reads — and shows the arithmetic. If you'd rather do it yourself off the back of these, that's a fine outcome.

Is there a mailing list?

No list and no newsletter. New pieces appear here. Nothing arrives in your inbox because you read something.

Where should I start?

The two-week test if you want the diagnosis, or the effective labor rate if you want the money. Those two carry most of the argument between them.

Or take the reading instead of reading about it. Pick your trade, answer a few ranges, about two minutes, nothing saved and no email asked for.
