The Delta Call · thirty minutes · no charge

Talk to me.

The Delta Call — thirty minutes on the phone, free, and one person answers: me. Pick a time below, and you'll get a short, secure questionnaire by email to fill out before we talk — about ten minutes — so we spend the call on your business, not on setup.

What happens on it

Or just call

The number's at the top of every page. If I'm under a truck I'll call you back the same day.

I don't give legal advice, tax advice, or a valuation of record. I don't list businesses, represent buyers, or take a commission, a success fee, or a finder's fee. Not ever, on anything.

Questions about the call

What happens on the thirty-minute call?

It opens with the two-week test — could you leave for two weeks without a single phone call. Then revenue, headcount, who quotes the work, who handles an unhappy customer, and what your biggest customer is as a share of revenue. It's free, there's no charge and no obligation, and if I can't help I'll say so on the call rather than after it.

Will I be sold something?

The call has three honest endings and two of them aren't a sale. Under $2M in revenue the monthly work costs more than it should relative to what the business earns, so I'll point you at the Reality Check or at nothing. If the timing is wrong — an unconvinced partner, a health event, a sale already in motion — I'll say not now, with a reason and a date to talk again. If it's a fit, the next step is a $3,500 Reality Check, not a signature.

What should I have ready?

Nothing for the call itself. Before it you'll get a short secure questionnaire by email — about ten minutes, and every question is answerable from memory. Documents don't come into it until there's a paid piece of work, and the first thing then is three years of books exactly as filed — no clean-up first, because what's wrong with them is itself a reading.

How do I reach you?

Call (432) 315-2034. One person answers it, and that's me.
