Text messages.

I will text you about your appointment and about your work. That's it. No campaigns, no blasts, no promotions.

Draft, pending attorney review

This page is written and in force as of launch, but it has not yet been reviewed by a Texas attorney. That review is scheduled. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement governs.

Texting isn't switched on yet

Carrier registration is submitted and should clear in the next week or so. Until it does, the number at the top of the page takes calls but not texts. Call me instead and it'll reach me the same way.

What you're agreeing to

If you tick the box when you book a call, or you give me your mobile number, you're agreeing to receive text messages from me about:

You will not get marketing texts. Not from me and not from anyone I hand your number to, because I don't hand your number to anyone.

The exact wording on the booking form

"Text me appointment reminders and updates about my work at this number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent isn't required to book a call or to become a client."

How often

Before a call: usually two messages — a confirmation and a reminder. As a client: only when there's something to say.

Stopping

Reply STOP to any message and the texts end. Reply HELP and you'll get my phone number and email. You can also just tell me on the phone; I'm not going to make you use a keyword.

Opting out of texts doesn't cancel anything, doesn't affect your engagement, and doesn't stop me calling or emailing.

Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Or skip the form and just call. The number's at the top of every page.
